Immune Booster

 

Ingredients:
1 cup buckwheat
2 cups water
1 cup frozen mushrooms
1 cup frozen
broccoli
2 tablespoons italian herbs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon himalayan pink salt
1/8 teaspoon kelp powder

Directions:
1.add 1 cup of buckwheat groats and 2 cups of water in a cooking pan
2.add mushroom and broccoli and turn the heat to high in a stovetop
3. once the water starts boiling, turn the heat to medium and let it cook for 20 min.
4. add oil, herbs, salt and kelp and enjoy!
