<p class="first">Ingredients:<br />
1 medium sweet potatoes<br />
1 tablespoon italian herbs<br />
1 tablespoon olive oil<br />
1/2 teaspoon himalayan pink salt</p>
<p>Directions:<br />
1. wash and chop sweet potato<br />
2. add olive oil, italian herbs and pink salt<br />
3. bake for 25 min in the oven at 400 degrees and enjoy!</p>

<p class="first">Ingredients:<br />
1 cup buckwheat<br />
2 cups water<br />
1 cup frozen mushrooms<br />
1 cup frozen<br />
broccoli<br />
2 tablespoons italian herbs<br />
1 tablespoon olive oil<br />
1 teaspoon himalayan pink salt<br />
1/8 teaspoon kelp powder</p>
<p>Directions:<br />
1.add 1 cup of buckwheat groats and 2 cups of water in a cooking pan<br />
2.add mushroom and broccoli and turn the heat to high in a stovetop<br />
3. once the water starts boiling, turn the heat to medium and let it cook for 20 min.<br />
4. add oil, herbs, salt and kelp and enjoy!</p>

1 cup grain (rice, quinoa or buckwheat)<br />
2 cups of water</p>
<p>Directions: Combine 1 cup of grain and 2 cups of water in a cooking pan and turn the heat to high, once the water starts boiling (about 5 minutes), turn the heat to high and let it cook for about 15 minutes or until tender. Enjoy!</p>
